Shipping Information

All orders are safely delivered via a secure tracking system. We offer Standard, Economy, and Express shipping options to suit your needs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Our handling/processing time is approximately 3–5 business days.

Standard Shipping – DDP Countries (Duties & Taxes Covered)

We fully cover taxes & duties for orders shipped to the countries below. No extra payment required upon delivery.

Required Information By Country

• Argentina: ID Number (Cuit/Cuil, DNI, Passport no.)
• Chile: VAT/Tax ID
• India: VAT/Tax ID + Passport / Voting ID / Driver’s License / PAN + Authorization Letter (POA)
• Brazil: CNPJ/CPF Tax ID
• Turkey: VAT/Tax ID (for goods €22 or more) / Individual TR ID Number
• Bermuda: Supplier’s original invoice or proof of purchase

Special Notes

• Cosmetics to Spain: Standard shipping only, mainland Spain only (excluding postal codes: 35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx).
• Philippines: Standard & Economy for post codes 25~, 29~, 33~, 36~, 38~, 40~, 48~, 49~, 51~, 52~. Express only for Palawan Island (5314–5317) and Mindoro Island (5110–5111).
• USA – Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, MP, AS: Economy/Express only. Contact us before ordering.
• US APO military bases: Economy shipping only.
• Standard shipping to Europe (excl. UK, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Norway): No food or supplements. Use Economy or Express.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is included in your shipping cost. Colours Wink protects your order against physical loss or damage during transit.

Duty and Tax

For countries not listed in our DDP coverage, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import taxes and customs duties may apply upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. Please consult your local customs office for details.

Return & Refund Policy

Request a Return

We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
• Packaging unopened with seals intact (where applicable)

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods and personal care/beauty products cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to post the refund.
