We want you to love your Colourswink purchase. Because our products are cosmetics, please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Unopened & Unused Items
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Opened or Used Cosmetics
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetics, including lipsticks, lip gloss, eyeliners, mascaras, foundations, and brushes that have made contact with skin.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and opened cosmetics are not eligible for return.
