Our returns commitment

We want you to love every product you receive from ColoursWink. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Products marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to initiate a return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
