Our returns commitment
We want you to love every product you receive from ColoursWink. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
- Products marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to initiate a return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
- Ship the item back using a tracked courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
