SHIPPING POLICY

Colourswink ships to customers across India and worldwide. Please review our shipping information below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

        Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

        Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)

        Free shipping on orders above ₹999

        Flat rate of ₹99 for orders below ₹999

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region:

        United Kingdom (UK): 10–14 business days

        United Arab Emirates (UAE): 7–10 business days

        United States (USA): 12–16 business days

        Australia: 10–14 business days

        Canada: 12–16 business days

        Singapore: 7–10 business days

        Other countries: 14–21 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track My Order page at colourswink.com/pages/track-my-order or directly on the courier's website.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Colourswink has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Colourswink is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additional reshipping fees may apply.
